Well its been a few days since a post. Didn't have much to talk about Sunday and Monday as I had my nurses hat on. We ate decent other than the Mexican we had for supper Monday night. I didn't eat any breakfast and had a lean cuisine and apple at work so I am telling myself I did ok :) Tues we went to our favorite park for more walking in the hills. I could feel my butt toning as we walked!! Haha! Seriously though, we walked for about an hour or so. I know pimple loves that place. We had Hardees for supper last night which I know was horrible I had a hot ham and cheese and an order of onion rings. For lunch I had a turkey sandwich with 6 slices of turkey and 1tbs of miracle whip and 6 pringles and a banana. Last night I was dying for something sweet so I made myself what my mom used to call silver dollar pancakes. They are about 2 inches in diameter. I measured out my syrup too and sprinkled some cinnamon on the 2 pancakes yummmo.
Today I had 2 more pancakes with 1c milk. I ate those about 1pm so I suppose that was brunch. Supper tonight was one smoked sausage link called Better Cheddars ( I am thinking about getting some turkey ones and seeing if the hubs notices) 1/2 c mac and cheese, and 1/2 c applesauce. We walked 2.8 miles in about 45 min, SHEW!! Then we went to Baskin Robbins lol. I had a kids scoop of the Daquiri Ice. Its a lime sorbet with rum flavoring in the background. 1 scoop according to their website is 80 calories and 0 fat. Not to shabby especially considering I only ate 1/2 a scoop!! GO ME! lol
So tomorrow it is calling for rain. I think G and I are going to break out the kinect and do some dance workout video game thingies. This outa be interesting. Maybe I will post a video or something. :)
