been a while

I know, I know I'm laaaazy.  Ya'll aint gotta tell me I will be the first to admit it.  Haven't blogged since last Wednesday, but haven't been eating to awful bad. I cant remember what we ate Thursday but Friday I made a pot of chili and we have ate on that until lunch on Monday.  I wouldn't think chili would be too awful my recipe is as follows
1lb lean ground beef (thought i would use beef since the hubs ain't all that fond of ground turkey)
4 14oz cans chili ready diced tomatoes
1 large can chili hot beans
1 container of brooks chili base
1 lb macaroni noodles
salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin

not to bad right?
course I put a piece of cheese in mine and like to eat it with a pb&j sand, and technically I only had a sandwich 2 times.

Tonight I broke out my panini maker that I got for the wedding for supper.  I grilled a piece of chicken for the hubs and me and used 2 pieces of smoked provolone, some sundried tomato spread and panini'd it yummm I weighed the chicken and everything.  I made "J"s favorite potatoes, small potatoes with Lipton onion soup baked in the oven.

We sweated too, we walked 3 miles in 55minutes.  Not to shabby huh?

oh I forgot I had cereal this am well at noon when I woke up.  Now to shower and get ready for work.
