So yesterday I go to the gyn for a checkup, and of course what's the first thing that they do at any doctor's visit? That's right... take your blood pressure. Well I have always been a low 110/60 or so. Yesterday's B/P was 140/86!!! EEEK!! So I know I definitely have to drop some weight. I knew my health was being effected but to see the numbers on the monitor is a wake up call. I have never really watched my sodium before but that will be another thing on the list to monitor now.
