Eating and Sweating

What I ate today....
Breakfast- 2 eggwhites on toast with 1tbs grape jam
                 1c milk

Snack- 1/2 banana (shared with the hubs)
            20 grapes

Supper- 6oz chicken breast
             salad with peas, red bell peppers, teeny bit of shredded cheese, 2tbs light ranch dressing
             probably about 20 asparagus spears
             3tbs of Tang ( so retro but I LOVE it!)
             1tbs of O'Charleys honey mustard (another yummmo)

So, according to Sparkpeople.com I am about through eating for the day even though I didn't technically have 3 meals today.  Hmmm.  They have me on 1200-1500 and this is about 1155.

How we sweated today....
"G" , Pimple(our dog), and I walked about 40 min.  I think we walked about 2 miles but the hubs says it was closer to 1.  I might drive it tonight after my short shift at work.  I am also considering buying a cheap pedometer to track steps especially at work.

How bout you all out there?  What did you eat today?

  1. Tang? Why not have an orange? You can make honey mustard with 1 tbsp mayo, 1tsp mustard (use French's w/o HFCs), 1/2 tsp honey and dash of smoked paprika. It doesn't have the chemicals and calories as the dressing.

    You can do it!

  2. Oh and Jennifer uses a pedometer. You are supposed to have 10,000 steps a day to be healthy and lose weight.

  3. Woohoo! You are on your way! I agree with the pedometer. T has started using one and logs between 15-18 K per day. I usually log about 12. It's pretty easy to do if you Zumba!

  4. Well F I am not a food waster and we already had the Tang and honey mustard. Might try the homemade hmustard when I run out of my O'Charleys.
