OK... so I know I said in my first post that you never ask a lady her age or weight.  Well I know ya'll aint asking, I am offering it up.  I weighed myself at work tonight and I weigh 252 lbs.  That's right I said it. Out loud.  Well out loud with my inside voice anyways.  So if I weigh 252lbs and I want to weigh 160lbs that means I need to lose a whole heck of alot!  92lbs.... Thats a young teenager. WOW.  Well where do we go from here.  Guess I could start by posting eating and sweating for today.

Didn't have a whole lot of time or energy for sweating today but I did do a 1 mile Walk Away the Pounds dvd.  And I am at work running cause my unit is full.  Well I am not running right this second.  Things are calm for a few min.

Eating

Lunch - turkey breast sandwich with 1tbs Miracle Whip
            1 slice cheddar cheese
            8oz gingerale

Supper #1- 1/2c sloppy joes with turkey breast
                   1/2 mashed taters
                   1/2 unsweetened applesauce
Supper #2 I have to eat at work  same as Supper #1 without the applesauce.

Drinking lots of water too. 

What about ya'll?  Have anything good to eat?
